      Menlo Operations is aware of reported slowness in the Hong Kong region. We are actively working with our service provider to investigate.

      Operations has identified a zone experiencing functional issues and has removed the capacity from that zone. Although this does not solve the service degradation fully, it will allow users to reach healthy systems while investigation continues.
