Menlo Security experienced a minor incident on March 1, 2026 affecting UAE - Web Isolation (UAE - Web Isolation) and UAE - Doc Isolation (UAE - Doc Isolation) and 1 more component, lasting 100d 4h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

A localized power issue has affected an upstream provider in UAE, some provider resources are currently unavailable - we have now failed out the region and we should not see any impact to Menlo customers. This issue is being actively monitored to ensure stability

Until further notice, Amazon's AWS data center in UAE is out of service. Once it is available for service we will resume hosting Menlo services from the site. Until that point Menlo services will be hosted in a nearby region.
