    Customers may have experienced high latency in API requests from ~4 to 5 AM UTC on 2026-09-11 . The cause appears to be network instability and packet loss in connections from the IAD Cloudflare zone. We are communicating with providers about the issue.

    On June 16th, we will be issuing an off-schedule release of the following GeoIP and GeoLite databases: - GeoIP Country - GeoIP City - GeoIP Enterprise - GeoIP ISP - GeoLite Country - GeoLite City An issue occurred on June 13th causing these databases to not be available for download as expected. We are releasing new databases today, and will return to the normal release schedule tomorrow, June 17th.
