   We are currently investigating an outage affecting our Nordic Tower, we have dispatched a tech to get on site. Once we have more information we will update this page.

   Our tech was able to power cycle everything inside the home the tower is on and it came back online. We are looking into the logs to see why it went down and wouldn't come back online on it's own. We will monitor this tower closely for the next 24hrs before we close out this status page.

   We are aware of an outage affecting our network. We are working on identifying the issue and getting it corrected.

   We are currently investigating an outage that is affecting some of our towers and repeaters.

   Our network engineer was able to identify the issue and implement a fix. The issue was due to one of our upstream provider's having an issue, our network engineer re-routed to one of our other upstream providers to get connections back online. We will monitor this very closely over the next 24 hrs and we will continue to work with the upstream provider that had an issue to get it fixed on their end.

   We have been working on getting this tower back online this morning since first notified of the outage, our tech is on site and has found that the tower is not getting power. Our tech is in the process of getting a generator up to the tower to get it back online while we continue to work on getting the outlet fixed to the tower. This outage only affects those connected on the North Fork Tower/ North Tower only

   The tower has been back online for a few hours now, but we will continue to monitor it until tomorrow. Upon further investigation we learned that RMP had replaced the meter with a new one and had turned off breakers yesterday 7/1 in the morning and they didn't turn the breakers back on before leaving. The tower was able to stay online until about 0600 on 7/2 when the back up batteries on the tower finally died.

   We are aware of an outage affecting our customers on the IronForge Tower that is located in the Mtn. Green area. We have dispatched a tech to the area and once we have more information we will update this page.

   Our tech has arrived on site and found that while a crew was digging holes for fencing they hit the conduit with the line for the tower. They are already in the process of fixing the line and anticipate the fix being done in the next 15-20mins. Will update here once the tower is back online.

   We are currently working on getting our tower in Huntsville back online after the outage earlier this morning. We have determined that everything on the ground is working and we will need to get someone on top of the tower to assess the equipment up top. This is one of the main tower's that feeds other towers in the area so there are multiple towers affected at this time.

   We were able to get the tower back online, one of the breakers got tripped during the power surges early this morning.    We are going to close out this status page, the tower has stayed online and stable. We have also had an electrician come out and replace the breaker that kept getting tripped so that we won't have this issue in the future when the tower is having to go from main power to the back up batteries during power outages.

   CenturyLink has identified a service outage in Ogden Utah. They have service crews dispatched and checking equipment and lines to see what has broken and then repair it. As a result this creates an outage for us as we pass Internet traffic through fiber lines that go through CenturyLink equipment. We are hounding them and have opened tickets for our affected lines and are awaiting new updates.

   CenturyLink is continuing to isolate the issue. They believe it’s a fiber fault (fiber cut) between Ogden Valley and Ogden. They have dispatched crews to assist in finding the fault.

The team is currently evaluating the extent of the damage and formulating a comprehensive plan to safely restore service.    Splicing crews are currently on site and actively pulling in fiber to support restoration efforts. This phase of work is expected to be completed by approximately 06:30 GMT, after which splicing activities will begin. Splicing is estimated to take an additional five to six hours to complete. Based on the current progress and repair plan, the estimated time of restoration (ETR) is approximately 12:00 GMT. Teams remain focused on completing the work as safely and efficiently as possible, and updates will be provided as milestones are reached.

   We are aware of an outage affecting our Snowbasin Tower. This outage is due to loss of power last night from the wind storms, our batteries on the tower has drained and we have a tech enroute with a generator to get the tower back online. We will run this generator today until RMP has restored power to the area, their estimated restore is 4pm.

   We are aware that one of our sectors on TV Tower went down late last night, despite several efforts remotely to get the sector back online we need to get a tech on site to get the sector back up and working. We have a tech scheduled to be there first thing this morning, we are also battling against the storm that has moved in so we will work as quickly and as safely as possible to get this sector back online. This outage is only affecting those that are on TV Tower Sector 9, not all of TV Tower is down.    We are aware of an outage issue that our Falcon Tower has been having this afternoon, we have a tech headed to get on site for the tower to assess the situation. Once we have a better update we will let you know.

   Our tech was able to locate the issue once on site and we now have the tower online. The tech found that at some point today the tower had swapped from main power grid to our back up batteries and had been running off back up batteries until they drained. He was able to get the tower back on the main power grid and we will keep a close eye on the tower throughout the night.

   We are currently repairing a part on our North Tower that started going bad last night, we have a part on its way to the Valley from the SLC area, once the part is here our tech will be going back up to the tower to replace the part that has failed. During this time you may experience slow speeds to no internet at all once we pull the equipment off and get the new equipment placed.

We are unable to drive up to the tower due to all the mud so we have a tech preparing to hike up to the tower to confirm the issue.

   We are currently working on getting our North Fork Tower back up and working.

   We are working on getting a generator placed to get the tower online. We believe there is a break somewhere in the cables that supply power to this tower so we are working on finding the break to get it fixed.

   We have got a generator connected to the tower and have it back online, all dishes are connected again. We will now begin working on finding the break in the power line that connects the tower to the main power box. If your internet is not back up and working you will need to reboot your main router by unplugging it from power for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.

   The break in the line was found late last night, we will be working on getting a new line run for the tower so it can be put back on main power, we have kept the tower online and powered via a generator all of yesterday, last night and intend to do the same for today until the line is fixed.

   We are aware of an outage on our Falcon Tower, we do know it is a power issue on the inside. We are working to gain access to the inside.

   We are aware of several outages in the Mtn. Green/Morgan areas. This is due to the heavy wet snow we got yesterday and through out the night. We have a tech dispatched to head to all the towers that are down to remove the wet snow from the equipment. Towers affected: Undercity Thunderbluff Ironforge Brill Repeaters affected: Goldshire

   We are aware that Undercity is offline again. We are looking into the issue and how we can get it back online.

   We once again have all towers up and working. If you are experiencing an outage still or slow speeds please give your router a reboot by unplugging the power for up to 60 sec and then plugging it back in. If that does not correct the issue please reach out to us.
