Resolved after 13 days 2 hours, affecting Undercity Tower and Thunderbluff Tower and 1 more, on December 26, 2024.
We have implemented fixes on all 4 towers in Morgan and have them back online with all dishes reconnected. If your internet is not working you may need to reboot your main router by unplugging it from power for up to 60 seconds and then plugging it back in. If that doesn't correct it please let us know.

We are aware of an outage affecting a few of our towers in the Morgan area. We are working on getting the towers back up and online, we have a tech working on getting to the towers now.

We have gotten 3 of the 4 towers back online and we are actively working on the 4th tower that went down about 40 mins ago
