Update timeline

  1. investigating Jul 30, 2025, 06:52 AM UTC

Dear Partner, Currently, our Qualified Electronic Signature services certificate creation is down. This does not impact end users having already a certificate but new end users would not be able to create a certificate and hence to sign. There is no impact at all for our other services. The root cause is identified at one of our partners with which we are working to get the service back running. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Best regards, Operations Team [email protected]
