  1. investigating Dec 06, 2025, 09:50 PM UTC

Dear Partner, Since about 7 PM CET, we are experiencing a technical problem on our Qualified Electronic Signature services. End users who already have a valid certificate are not impacted and can sign documents ; end users not having a valid certificate will not be able to make a signature as the certificate creation process is currently down. We are working with our certificate provider to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Best regards, Operations Team [email protected]
