We have been made aware of an issue on some of our clients who are unable to Remotely Connect to their Hosted Servers. Our Backend Team are actively investigating and troubleshooting. We will provide further updates shortly.

We are currently experiencing an incident affecting NSX-T network connectivity. The NSX-T environment is currently in a degraded state due to network connectivity issues. This may result in: Intermittent or complete loss of network connectivity to affected virtual machines (VMs). Connectivity issues between VMs and other servers. Intermittent access to services hosted within the affected environment. Our Infrastructure Team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore full network connectivity. We apologize for the disruption and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

We have identified and resolved the network incident related to our NSX-T infrastructure that caused connectivity disruptions today. We recognise this affected access to your systems for extended periods, and we apologise for the disruption and inconvenience this caused. Our engineering team will continue actively monitoring the affected systems overnight and throughout the next 24 hours to confirm full stability before formally closing this incident.
