    We are currently investigating a partial outage affecting one of our internet upstream providers. As a precautionary measure, the impacted line has been temporarily taken offline and all traffic is being routed through our secondary line, which is stable and performing normally. There should be no impact on your ability to access your systems. We are actively engaging with our provider to determine the cause and timeline for resolution.     Vodacom performed a firmware upgrade on their ASR routers, which resulted in approximately 40 minutes of downtime on our BGP link. Our redundant link remained fully operational during this period, ensuring service continuity with no impact to connectivity.
