We experienced an high level of application errors for Sign-Ins and Verifications from 9:12PM - 9:22PM ET due to planned maintenance. Maintenance activity ended and Sign-Ins and Verifications services returned to normal operations.
From 9:23PM ET to 10:06PM ET, we experienced an elevated level of application errors for shop.id.me resulting in the site being unavailable for 44 mins. We have applied a fix and the application is now operating normally.
From 07:53 ET to 08:13 ET, a Third-party service that is a component of Verifications Services was experiencing service issues. The third-party service has since mitigated the issue. We are continuing to coordinate with them to ensure further stability and monitoring the situation.
At approximately 9:57PM ET, all ID.me Sites and Services experienced a 5-10 minute of higher than normal latency. Customers may have experience longer than normal sign-in or "system delay" messages. Investigation indicates that the source of the issues may come from service issues from ID.me's Cloud Platform Provider. Cloud Platform Provider confirmed they are currently experiencing issues. We are collaborating and coordinating in the investigation and monitoring ID.me services closely.

A temporary fix has been implemented, allowing users to continue logging in to their account by manually opening the Authenticator app on iOS and approving requests. Things are working normally on Android. We are actively working on a complete fix to restore push notifications on iOS.
