Due to an error in our process, a change was made to our central database system that should have been applied during a maintenance window. This led to severe performance degradation of most of our customer facing services and downtime for about 15% of our customers. The degradation lasted up to 15 minutes before we could resolve the issue. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.
