Today, September 10th, 2025, we are releasing a new feature named Advanced Filtering. The release also includes migrating all Databox accounts to the new way of filtering data in Databox. This migration is taking longer than expected, so please note that certain temporary issues may appear in the app until the migration is fully completed: - Filtering may not be available during migration. - Users may experience slow or extended loading times - no data loading. Additionally, you may also experience the following filtering related issues: - Functionalities using breakdown by dimensions (e.g., Databoards, Reports, Data calculations, etc.) may show incorrect or missing values. - Certain datasets or spaces might not migrate properly and could temporarily appear empty or broken. - Missing historical values. - The web app might appear slower than usual. We are working hard at completing the migration as soon as possible. We will keep you posted on the progress.

We are currently experiencing a delay in receiving data from the Google Search Console API. As of now, no new data has been reported since June 3rd. This issue appears to be on the side of the API provider (Google Search Console), and we are monitoring the situation closely. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Support services via chat or [email protected].

Due to an issue with Google’s API provider (see incident details at https://status.cloud.google.com/incidents/ow5i3PPK96RduMcb1SsW), we experienced failures in syncing data for custom metrics using the native BigQuery integration. This also caused delays in syncing custom metrics across other native SQL integrations. The issue associated with SQL integrations occurred between approximately 2:00 PM and 4:45 PM EDT (8:00 PM–10:45 PM CET). We are still seeing certain delays with receiving data from Google’s API provider.
-
resolved Jun 13, 2025, 02:15 PM UTC
Google has resolved the issue, and data is once again accessible via the API. Please note that the incident affected multiple Google Cloud products—not just Google Search Console. However, some data from the affected period (June 3rd–June 13th) may still be missing from the API. As a result, you might notice gaps or missing data in Databox for those dates. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our Support team via in-app chat or at [email protected].

We have identified an increase of the 'Temporary Api Limit' error messages on the Google Analytics 4 metrics in Databox. Since we found no issues in the Databox app and the error messages are the result of actual API responses, we've concluded the behaviour is most likely caused by an issue on the side of GA4. This is further supported by error messages noticed in GA4 accounts that we are using. We will continue to monitor the situation. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Support services via chat or [email protected].
-
monitoring Mar 26, 2025, 08:36 PM UTC
The majority of the 'Temporary Api Limit' error messages have subsided. We have identified that this behaviour first appeared for many GA4 metrics on March 25, between roughly 2 PM EDT and 3.30 PM EDT (7 PM CET - 8.30 PM CET). Today, on March 26, the behaviour was present roughly between 12.20 PM EDT and 2.15 PM EDT (5.20 PM CET - 7.15PM CET). We're monitoring the situation in case the behaviour re-occurs.
-

We were experiencing issues with data loading today between 7:05 - 7:34 PM CET (1:05 - 1:34 PM EDT), where all on-demand syncs were temporarily stalled. This lead to issues with previewing data in the Metric builder, with creating new custom metrics and with reviewing data in Advances settings of the metrics.
