We observed a period where some transactions were declined or experienced timeouts due to a temporary connection issue with CPS. We are now seeing some approvals coming through. Moneris has updated their status page to indicate that they are working on a fix.
Transaction processing has returned to an operational state. Upon further investigation from Moneris, the issue originated from a Cloudflare outage. We will continue to monitor.

Tsys are investigating an ongoing issue on the Tsys Sierra platform causing communications failures. Customers may experience delays in authorisation processing. Further updates will be provided when available.

Between 23:04 22/10/2025 BST and 04:13 22/10/2025 BST, a network communications issue with the TSYS host caused intermittent authorisation and settlement failures. A small number of settlement batches were affected, which will result in delayed funding or settlement occurring outside of the usual schedule. The issue has been resolved, and all systems are now operating normally.

The internal system issue that has affected the settlement of certain Chase Stratus/Salem transactions has now been resolved. The affected transactions were from 17th of June 2025 and 18th of June 2025; these were resubmitted by 15:35 UTC 19th of June 2025. As a result, the associated funding to accounts may have been delayed or otherwise affected.
We have identified an issue affecting Apple/Google Pay transactions for Barclaycard HISO. NMI engineers have identified the issue and are working on a resolution. We have contacted the processor regarding this issue. An update will be provided shortly.
