We are currently investigating a potential connection issue with the Moneris eSelect processor that may be impacting one or more functions of the NMI Payment Gateway (previously Creditcall). Some customers may be experiencing service issues as a result. We are currently investigating and will provide an update as soon as possible

We are now seeing some approvals coming through. Moneris has updated their status page to indicate that they are working on a fix.

Transaction processing has returned to an operational state. Upon further investigation from Moneris, the issue originated from a Cloudflare outage. We will continue to monitor.
