Please be advised that CCDA Query and Retrieve is also impacted by this unexpected downtime. We continue to work with our technology vendor to investigate the problem in order to resolve it urgently.

Please be advised that our sFTP site is experiencing an unexpected intermittent disruption to service. Organizations using Clinical Dispatcher or Notify via API may experience disruption when attempting to upload patient rosters to the sFTP site. We are currently working with our technology vendor, Health Catalyst, to investigate this incident. Please note that we are treating this as a high-priority issue and will be providing updates as we receive them. We apologize for any inconvenience that this service interruption may cause.

Changes have been made resulting in improved performance and sustained access to the sFTP site. We are continuing to monitor while assessing additional improvement opportunities.

Please note that CliniSync's Community Hub for Query is undergoing maintenance to prevent performance degradation; during this maintenance, we will be returning On Demand CCDA’s instead of Comprehensive CCDA’s. This maintenance is expected to be completed on Monday, October 6th. .

At this time, users may notice delays in data coming through CliniSync's Results Delivery and Clinical Dispatcher services due to an unexpected interruption to service. We are currently working with our technology vendor, Health Catalyst, to resolve these issues. As a result, some users may see some duplicate data as messages are resent and continue to flow through the HIE. Please note that we are treating this as a high-priority issue and will be providing updates as we receive them. We apologize for any inconvenience that this service interruption may cause.

Please note the sFTP website is currently experiencing an unexpected interruption to service and users may experience errors when attempting to access it or may notice a delay in notification delivery. There is no impact to the Notify web portal directly. We are currently working with our technology vendor, Health Catalyst, to investigate this incident.
