Cleo Integration Cloud: API Provider Failures

Cleo Engineers were alerted to a condition that intermittently affected API Provider connectivity for CIC customers. Between February 24, 1:00 PM CDT and February 25, 1:30 AM CDT, approximately 7% of API requests to the API Provider experienced HTTP 500 (Internal Server Error) responses. Customers with configured retry mechanisms would have experienced successful processing for the majority of retried requests. Cleo Engineers applied a fix to resolve the issue and have confirmed through monitoring that all Cleo Integration Cloud Services are performing as normal. Cleo will provide an RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.
