Between February 24, 1:00 PM CDT and February 25, 1:30 AM CDT, approximately 7% of API requests to the API Provider experienced HTTP 500 (Internal Server Error) responses. Customers with configured retry mechanisms would have experienced successful processing for the majority of retried requests. Based on the previous change outbound delays are down to fifteen minutes. For inbound, approximately 75% of inbound connections continue to be impacted. Cleo engineers are continuing to make adjustments to facilitate the successful processing of the remaining traffic. We will continue to provide periodic updates.

Cleo Engineers are continuing to perform investigative forensics to ensure that CIC was not directly impacted.
