Cleo Engineers have confirmed through monitoring that all Cleo Integration Cloud API Provider transactions are processing as normal. Between September 3, 4:58 PM CDT and 11:44 PM CDT, approximately 11% of API requests to the API Provider may have experienced delays. Customers with configured retry mechanisms would have experienced successful processing for the majority of retried requests. Cleo will publish an official RCA in the Services Update section within CIC within the next five business days.

Cleo Engineers were alerted to an issue affecting API Provider connectivity for CIC customers caused by an expired certificate. Upon investigation, the certificate was renewed and service was restored. Monitoring has confirmed that API Provider connectivity is operating normally and no further issues have been detected. Cleo will publish an official RCA in the Services Update section within CIC within the next five business days.
