Cint Outage History

We are currently investigating an issue where users are not receiving Cint Exchange and Marketplace account and project-level report emails. Please note that this incident is strictly limited to email notifications — our platform and all other services are fully operational and performing as expected.

We are currently addressing a partial service outage affecting the Supply API (OTS)-Marketplace, and Supply Link. Our engineering team is actively working on a resolution, and we will provide further updates as they become available.

We are investigating reports of delay in UI not displaying the newly created TG. It can take about 5-8 min for UI to reflect the newly created TG. In addition to this, there is a delay in reflecting the status change as well. Our team is actively working on this and will update as soon as there us any update on this. Appreciate your patience while the team is working on it.

We are currently investigating reports of the Cint Exchange User Interface (UI) and Unified Platform failing to load, resulting in application errors. Our team is actively developing and implementing additional fixes to restore normal functionality. We will provide further updates as they become available.

We are currently investigating an incident where the Lucid Measurement admin and reporting dashboard are failing to load. Users attempting to access these services may encounter an error message, which prevents the management and access of brand lift studies. Our teams are actively engaged in diagnosing and resolving the root cause. We will provide a further update as new information becomes available regarding status and estimated resolution time.

We are actively investigating an issue that may be preventing some users from logging into the Access/AccessPro platform. We will provide updates on our progress and resolution timeline as they become available.

We are currently investigating where brand lift results are not visualizing for some Lucid Measurement studies. This is occurring despite the underlying data meeting the minimum required sample size thresholds. Our team is actively working to diagnose and resolve. We will provide an update as soon as new information becomes available.

We are experiencing degraded performance with our Marketplace UI and Cint Exchange platform and the corresponding Supply, Demand and Respondent APIs. Clients using Notch redirect security in Cint Exchange and Marketplace may see high drop rates when redirecting from the client survey back to Cint. To avoid respondent churn and the need to perform large reconciliations, it is recommended that you pause projects where notch is the encryption type. Our team is actively investigating the problem and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as we have them.
