    Ally is currently experiencing intermittent delays in US-east due to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) outages early this morning. The initial AWS outage occurred between 3:11 AM ET and 5:22 AM ET during which Ally was not able to process all content. Ally and its associated components remain available, however there may be delays in processing new content, Institutional Reporting and Course Report updates as processes catch up. The Ally development team continues to monitor this as a high priority and we will provide an update when processing queues return to normal levels.

For test and staging environments, the fix will be deployed on Tuesday with the 3900.123.0 update.

    We have received reports of issues loading Blackboard for Safari 16.3 and earlier users following the 3900.114.0 release. We recommend that impacted users upgrade to Safari 16.4 or later, available with iOS 16.4 or iPadOS 16.4. Anthology's browser support policy for Safari states that we only support the last two major releases of Safari. We always recommend that clients update to the latest available versions when made available for the latest security fixes for their devices.

While this should address the current rendering issues, we strongly recommend that clients keep their browsers up to date to benefit from the latest security patches and performance improvements.
