    Between 10AM EST on November 6th and 11am EST on November 7th, API issues prevented Ally from tracking usage events, including alternative format downloads and instructor fixes, flowing into the Ally Usage Report. A hot fix was deployed to resolve the issue and events were flowing again as of 12:28 EST (November 7th) for all regions.
