Indego has reported an increase in the number of checkout failures for certain kiosks in their program. We are restarting Service Fabric and monitoring if that resolves the issue. No downtime should be experienced for this restart.
Remote restarts of 1.0 and 2.0 kiosks have resolve this issue.
We are investigating an issue with LAX systems not working normally. We are currently seeing Admin users being unable to log in as well as problems with checkouts not succeeding.
Microsoft Azure status is showing customers are experiencing connectivity issues in the West US region: https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status. We are monitoring the impacts to our system and will provide an update when more information is available.
All systems are now operational. Microsoft rolled back the breaking change from earlier in the day and the system has recovered.
We are currently investigating an issue with the User grid Profile popup in Admin impacting Philadelphia.
We have identified a configuration mismatch and applied changes to the system. We are continuing to monitor for any residual problems however, at this time the issue should be resolved and the PHL Admin User grid Profile popup restored to working order.

We have identified an issue with payment processing in the mobile app on iOS devices. For users who are checking out on a device with a non-U.S. region selected, transactions will be sent to Stripe for an incorrect U.S. dollar value. We are working on a fix and will continue to update as we prepare to release a new app version and resolve this issue.
A new version of the BCycle app, 5.10.3, has been released to handle this issue on iOS and Android. Users encountering currency conversion issues should be advised to update to the latest version of the app. All users with automatic updates should receive this version over the coming days. Users can find the app version in the app stores and on the About BCycle page in the BCycle app.

We are receiving reports that users who are attempting to create a new account with emails used in other programs are receiving errors. We have identified the issue and are working on a fix for this! In the meantime, a workaround has been identified to help users create their new accounts in a new program. Users can delete their account in the additional program, or use a different email. When the fix is implemented, users will be able to have accounts across programs using the same email. We are also aware that some users have reported payment issues on the review purchase page. We believe this is also due to the issues with emails already being in use within another program and should be resolved alongside the account creation issue. We appreciate your patience as we work to get the issue resolved!
The hot fix for this issue has been released. We expect account creation issues with a 'Processing Error' to be resolved for all users. We will monitor the results over the next 24 hours.

Our kiosk client imaging process is currently being affected by a widespread outage from Ubuntu, due to a cyberattack that began Thursday, April 30th at approximately 12pm CDT. Since that time, our kiosk client imaging process has been unable to complete successfully in a reliable manner. At this time, we ask for you to please pause kiosk client imaging until further notice. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will update with more information as services are made available once again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The kiosk client imaging process is still being affected by Ubuntu service degradation. As the situation is unpredictable with times where services are up and down, we are unable to confirm a restoration to normal service with kiosk client imaging. Currently, you can attempt to complete the kiosk client imaging process, but it may fail due to down services. If this is the case, please wait and try again at a later time. A refresh issue for reporting data is preventing Power BI reports from returning data for 2026. We are working through a fix. These reports and other reports may have data gaps for the next several days as a series of refreshes runs sequentially. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Some users are experiencing an issue in Admin page loading due to the widespread Cloudflare outage. Affected users are unable to see grid pages loading with data. We will monitor the status of the outage and provide more detail as we are able.
The Cloudflare issue is now resolved and no longer affecting Admin loading in new sessions. If you are still experiencing issues with grid pages in Admin, we recommend you clear your browser's cache and reload the admin site.

We are continuing to investigate the issue, we have updated to include parts of the system where we are seeing additional impact. We have some reports from operators of issues with maintenance checkouts and trips not fully updating in PHL admin - although LAX and PHL Admin overall appear to be mostly operational.
