We are receiving reports that users who are attempting to create a new account with emails used in other programs are receiving errors. We have identified the issue and are working on a fix for this! In the meantime, a workaround has been identified to help users create their new accounts in a new program. Users can delete their account in the additional program, or use a different email. When the fix is implemented, users will be able to have accounts across programs using the same email. We are also aware that some users have reported payment issues on the review purchase page. We believe this is also due to the issues with emails already being in use within another program and should be resolved alongside the account creation issue. We appreciate your patience as we work to get the issue resolved!

The hot fix for this issue has been released. We expect account creation issues with a 'Processing Error' to be resolved for all users. We will monitor the results over the next 24 hours.
