      We have identified an issue with payment processing in the mobile app on iOS devices. For users who are checking out on a device with a non-U.S. region selected, transactions will be sent to Stripe for an incorrect U.S. dollar value. We are working on a fix and will continue to update as we prepare to release a new app version and resolve this issue.

      A new version of the BCycle app, 5.10.3, has been released to handle this issue on iOS and Android. Users encountering currency conversion issues should be advised to update to the latest version of the app. All users with automatic updates should receive this version over the coming days. Users can find the app version in the app stores and on the About BCycle page in the BCycle app.

      We are receiving reports that users who are attempting to create a new account with emails used in other programs are receiving errors. We have identified the issue and are working on a fix for this! In the meantime, a workaround has been identified to help users create their new accounts in a new program. Users can delete their account in the additional program, or use a different email. When the fix is implemented, users will be able to have accounts across programs using the same email. We are also aware that some users have reported payment issues on the review purchase page. We believe this is also due to the issues with emails already being in use within another program and should be resolved alongside the account creation issue. We appreciate your patience as we work to get the issue resolved!

      Our kiosk client imaging process is currently being affected by a widespread outage from Ubuntu, due to a cyberattack that began Thursday, April 30th at approximately 12pm CDT. Since that time, our kiosk client imaging process has been unable to complete successfully in a reliable manner. At this time, we ask for you to please pause kiosk client imaging until further notice. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will update with more information as services are made available once again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

      The kiosk client imaging process is still being affected by Ubuntu service degradation. As the situation is unpredictable with times where services are up and down, we are unable to confirm a restoration to normal service with kiosk client imaging. Currently, you can attempt to complete the kiosk client imaging process, but it may fail due to down services. If this is the case, please wait and try again at a later time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this causes for your operations. We will continue to monitor and give notice when services are reliably available again. Thank you for your patience!

      Kiosk client imaging functionality has been restored to normal operating standards. Ubuntu service dependencies have been restored to normal functionality and we have confirmed that the re-imaging and installation process is functional again.
