   We've identified the cause of the issue affecting Zapiet - Product Options and are now in active recovery. An issue with the app's access tokens meant Product Options was unable to load correctly for some stores. We have resolved the underlying cause and are progressively restoring service across all affected stores. We'll post a further update once recovery is fully complete and we've confirmed everything is operating as expected. Thank you for your patience.

   The issue affecting Zapiet – Product Options has now been resolved, and the app is operating as expected for the vast majority of merchants. A small number of merchants may still experience the issue if their store has not yet completed the required authentication update. We have contacted these merchants directly via email with the steps needed to restore full functionality. We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
