We are currently investigating an issue where some stores may not see rates generated by our app appear at checkout. Our team is actively working to identify the cause and restore normal functionality as quickly as possible. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information. In the meantime, to ensure your customers can continue to check out, we recommend adding a temporary static shipping rate in your Shopify shipping settings, or if you use Zapiet - Rates by Distance to generate delivery rates for Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, you can add a delivery rate within the app.
