Shopify inventory integration issues on some stores
Zapiet experienced a major incident on February 4, 2026, lasting 39m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

The issue has been resolved and everything should be working normally now. A small number of stores were automatically moved to the newest version of our Shopify inventory integration. We have reverted that change, and product availability in the widget should be working as expected. We're continuing to monitor closely to make sure everything stays stable.
