Upon investigation, an issue with a networking device has been identified. The router has recovered and all sessions have restored. Upon investigation, an error was observed on routers in those sites. The routers have recovered and all sessions restored, however, this has happened multiple times. The ongoing investigation revealed that a majority of BGP sessions in Los Angeles flapped, as well as some in Marseilles. Site Reliability Engineering is continuing to investigate.
