Users may be experiencing slower page loads on some UBC websites. Users accessing these sites from outside Canada will be required to complete a one-time verification to confirm that the request is legitimate. Users accessing the sites from within Canada will not be affected and should not notice any change to their normal experience. This additional verification is a temporary security measure. We are investigating intermittent performance issues affecting the UBC CMS. Technical teams are actively monitoring the situation and implementing mitigation measures to improve service stability.
