The issuing bank stated that the timeouts resulted from a problem with their downstream, which may happen again. The issuing Bank has completed a change for a full resolution. This issue is external to GP. Summary: Global Payments' merchants may experience intermittent timeouts when processing transactions with RBC Bank Interac Debit Cards.
