Service: Interac Debit Card - RBC Bank Impacted Segment: Canada Impact Start time: 11/13/2025 - 11:14 EST Impact End time: 11/13/2025 - 12:44 EST Restored: As of 12:44 EST, no additional timeouts were observed. The issuing bank (RBC) stated that the timeouts resulted from a problem with their downstream. The issuing Bank has implemented a change to mitigate the outage and is still working on other solutions to permanently resolve the issue. This issue is external to GP. Summary: Global Payments' merchants may experience intermittent timeouts when processing transactions with RBC Bank Interac Debit Cards.
