   Service: Interac Debit Card - RBC Bank Impacted Segment: Canada Impact Start time: 11/15/2025 - 10:21 EST Impact End time: 11/15/2025 - 10:36 EST Summary: Global Payments' merchants may experience intermittent timeouts when processing transactions with RBC Bank Interac Debit Cards. RBC bank advised that they were processing during this period SAF records belonging to ATB and Tangerine Banks resulted from the incident occurred on November 13-14th. The processing of the SAF caused an intermittent Timeouts. The bank has completed the adjustment of the SAF and no longer timeouts were reported as of 10:36 AM EST. This issue is external to Global Payments.
