The FMCSA has informed us that due to the AWS issues, some of their datasets have not updated today. This is impacting many of our daily Saferwatch reports. As soon as the information is available from the FMCSA, it will be processed and daily reports will be sent.

Customers may experience errors when searching or posting loads in the Load Board due to an issue with a third-party geolocation service. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as they become available.

We are aware of an issue with bulk uploads that began Monday, August 4 around 10am MT. Bulk uploads for Rate Analysis are not processing completely. Our team is actively working to identify the issue and restore full functionality.

We’re currently experiencing an issue with the Bulk Upload (Drag & Drop) posting feature. Customers attempting to post bulk loads may see the following error: "An error occurred with this load. Make sure dates are not in the past and check your city/state spelling and make sure all required fields are specified." We are currently investigating an unexpected increase in the number of Rate Analysis reports that began on June 10. Our team is actively working to determine the root cause and restore accurate data as quickly as possible.

Updated CSA scores and SMS measures are currently delayed due to data set issues from FMCSA. We are working closely with the FMCSA and are reviewing the FMCSA's latest update of missing files to begin our CSA calculation process and promptly update RMIS and SaferWatch. We appreciate your patience during this delay.

We have received the FMCSA’s March SMS data and successfully published it to RMIS. Please note that Saferwatch has not yet been updated with the March data. April’s SMS data is not yet available. According to the FMCSA, their target moving forward is to release monthly SMS data by the 15th of each month. We will continue to provide updates as new data becomes available.
