Dear Customers, We experienced intermittent high latency and failures with tax calculations requests for SOAP & REST services in the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination - AMER UAT environment between 7:22AM and 8:20 AM ET on 1st April. We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the Tax calculations (Soap and Rest API) feature with our Onesource Indirect Tax Determination Enterprise service.
