    We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the Tax calculations (Soap and Rest API) feature with our Onesource Indirect Tax Determination Enterprise service.

    Dear Customers, We experienced intermittent high latency and failures with tax calculations requests for SOAP & REST services in the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination - AMER UAT environment between 7:22AM and 8:20 AM ET on 1st April. The issue is mitigated now. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience. Further details will be provided in the formal RCA.
