Resolved on July 31, 2026, affecting ONESOURCE Determination Enterprise Cloud (AWS AMER) and ONESOURCE Determination Enterprise Cloud (OCI AMER).
We experienced elevated latencies with the OAuth service in the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination Enterprise Cloud, impacting the AMER PROD and OCI PROD environments between 2:00 PM CT and 4:13 PM CT on July 24, 2026. Additionally, the IndirectTax UI was unavailable between 2:40 PM CT and 3:15 PM CT during this window. The issue has since been fully mitigated, and all services are currently operating normally.
