We are investigating an issue affecting the CERC service, which supports receivables processing in Brazil. The incident is classified as SEV4 (Minor); the extent of merchant impact is still being assessed. The latest technical checks indicate that a rollback stopped the observed crashes and restored service instances to a healthy state. However, processing errors continue, so full recovery has not yet been confirmed. The priority is to validate receivables processing and check for delayed or failed transfers. The cause remains under investigation, and there is no confirmed resolution ETA. We will share another update once recovery and impact have been validated.
