The AWS Outage continues to impact SpotOn's funding distributions. While SpotOn has received the funds to disburse, we have been working with our 3rd party disbursement firm to distribute the funds but they and their bank have been impacted by the AWS outage. They are currently triaging the situation on their end with the goal of getting all merchants their funds today. More details to come as the situation continues to develop.

Any merchants who are on accelerated ACH funding will not receive their funds today (we are now targeting a deposit of tomorrow, 10/21/25). We are still investigating with our third party distributor to deposit funds for any merchants on RTP funding. Employees that receive tips through DayCheck will experience transfer delays.

We received confirmation that the disbursements from today have succeeded. Accelerated ACH merchants will have rolled over to Standard ACH and will receive their weekend funds tomorrow. RTP merchants would have already received their funds in their account.

Worldpay: SpotOn systems are working, but AWS outage impact extended beyond SpotOn systems and is affecting upstream partners and ability for money to be moved to merchants. TSYS has reported potential delays from the AWS issue causing a delay with the Transit hourly settlement files. All files has been transmitted, however. Some merchants are seeing successful funding this morning while others may be delayed.
