SpotOn experienced a major incident on November 25, 2025 affecting SpotOn Restaurant POS and SpotOn Restaurant Express and 1 more component, lasting 2h 50m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

There is currently an issue preventing guests from placing third party online ordering via Doordash or Uber Eats. This is also impacting user creation/editing in Dashboard and preventing logins on the Retail product. The team is investigating currently.
