UPS: Effective December 7, 2025, and until further notice, UPS has implemented a $1.00 CAD Surge Fee on all Canada Domestic and Import/Export Ground/Air shipments. Purolator:Effective December 8, 2025, Purolator has removed the temporary $15.00 surcharge to select rural postal codes, including across Atlantic Canada, Quebec outside of Montréal/Québec City, Northern Ontario, and rural parts of the Prairies and BC. Purolator apologizes for the inconvenience.

This issue is related to a wider, external outage at a major cloud infrastructure provider. Our engineering teams are engaged and are working to identify the most direct path to recovery while closely monitoring the provider's updates.     Following the recent changes to US Customs regulations, Royal Mail announced that they would no longer support shipments to the United States via their current services. From Tuesday 26th August, all current Royal Mail international services will therefore no longer be available to be used within the ShipStation platform for packages being sent to the United States. Royal Mail are expecting to launch new USA PDDP services on Thursday 28th August and our development teams are currently working with Royal Mail to ensure that these services are available in the ShipStation platform as soon as possible. We will send a further update with guidance on what actions you will need to take to ensure that you are able to utilise these new services once they are available on the ShipStation platform.
