    We are currently experiencing issues causing connectivity errors and delays across the Shiptation platform, which may impact shipment processing, tracking updates, login attempts and other parts of the platform. This issue is related to a wider, external outage at a major cloud infrastructure provider. Our engineering teams are engaged and are working to identify the most direct path to recovery while closely monitoring the provider's updates.     Yesterday, our team became aware of an issue stemming from an Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage, our cloud service provider, that impacted ShipStation's performance.
