Lifecycle Manager & Quoter: Degraded Performance and Intermittent Errors

Ongoing since 03:51 PM UTC, affecting Lifecycle Manager and Quoter.

monitoring Oct 22, 2026, 01:43 PM UTC

The fixes addressing the PHP2Shell vulnerability were deployed to Lifecycle Manager and Quoter yesterday, as soon as they became available. Out of an abundance of caution, the additional safeguards we introduced earlier will remain in place until we’re confident that the vendor-provided patches offer adequate protection. As a result, some partner actions and integrations may continue to return intermittent errors in the meantime. Our Engineering team is continuing to monitor closely and will post another update once these temporary safeguards are removed. If you’re still experiencing issues or need assistance, please contact our Support team at [email protected].

Update timeline

  1. monitoring Oct 21, 2026, 03:51 PM UTC

We’re proactively rolling out additional security protections across Lifecycle Manager (LM) and Quoter (QT) in response to a newly disclosed vulnerability (PHP2Shell) affecting an underlying platform dependency. As a precaution, we’ve added extra safeguards while our team works on a permanent fix. As a result, some partner actions and integrations in LM and QT may intermittently return errors over the next few hours. Our Engineering team is actively monitoring impact and will share another update here once the fix is confirmed in production. If you continue to see errors after that update, or need any help in the interim, please reach out to our Support team at [email protected].
