We are experiencing an issue with devices becoming disconnected. The gateways are reconnecting and uploading information from any disconnected period. Driver HOS & Compliance information on the dashboard will be accurate upon devices reconnecting. Provided that drivers were connected via local gateway hotspot they should not notice any changes. Without Hotspot connected, drivers will not see live duty status changes but data will still be stored locally in the gateway and should backfill once it reconnects. There is no lost data as a result of this incident. We are continuing to work on the issue and monitor recovery as devices come back online.
