We have resolved an issue that was preventing profile pages from loading. All systems are now operating normally.

A recent deployment caused 43 donation webhook events to fail. We identified and fixed the underlying issue promptly. Our team is working to process the failed webhook events ASAP. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Raisely is experiencing an issue where media library images are appearing as broken images. We have identified the issue and we are working on a fix urgently.

Between 4:00-4:20 AM PST, a spike requests to our API caused temporary delays across Raisely's APIs. We've identified the root cause and fixes will be implemented to prevent this going forwards. API performance has returned to normal and all systems are operating as expected. Our customer support team will reach out directly if your campaign experienced any impact.
We are currently investigating an issue where admin users are unable to view campaign design and menu previews in the Admin panel. Our engineering team is actively working to identify and resolve the issue. We will provide updates as we have more information.
