    Status: Identified The team is in the process of implementing a forward fix. The behavior experienced is scoped to slow dashboard/issue loading, delayed ingestion of issues, and some triggers related to issue creation and routing not initializing due to the delay.     Status: Resolved The issue has been resolved and all systems are operational. Between approximately 2:41 PM and 2:53 PM PT, some customers experienced slow or failed dashboard loading. Dashboard availability recovered within approximately 12 minutes, but issue ingestion and related trigger processing remained delayed while we worked through the accumulated backlog.
