NetVault engineers have confirmed that the upstream provider responsible for the disruption at our Brisbane DC3 data centre has resolved a network routing issue within their infrastructure, which was the root cause of this incident. Our engineers are currently monitoring the upstream connections for stability before re-enabling them fully. We expect services to fully stabilise once the upstream connections are confirmed stable. We are actively working with the affected upstream telephony carrier to restore full service as quickly as possible.
