We have identified and mitigated the cause of the earlier issue affecting access to the web application, where some users experienced slow loading times and intermittent 504 Gateway Timeout errors. Mitigation changes have been applied and platform performance has returned to normal. Messaging APIs and message delivery services were not impacted during this incident.
