    NetVault Engineers have been alerted to a service disruption at our Brisbane DC3 and DC8 data centre which is impacting internet, cloud and telephone services that operate through these data centre. Engineers are investigating as a priority and will provide updates shortly.

    Our engineers have identified the cause of the service disruption at our Brisbane DC3 and DC8 data centres. The issue was an unexpected loss of power, separate to the scheduled power feed maintenance being undertaken by the data centre facility provider. Engineers are actively working to restore power and bring affected internet, cloud, and telephone services back online. ETR: Not currently available.
