    Sep 5, 16:57 UTC Resolved - On Sep 5, between 14:30–16:00 UTC (20:00–21:30 IST), we experienced increased timeouts for short URLs using http://u3.mnge.co/ . This affected links in Engage Campaigns and Inform Alerts sent via SMS and WhatsApp; customers using custom short domains were not impacted. The issue has been resolved and normal service has resumed. We regret the inconvenience caused and are continuing to investigate the root cause.
