An issue has been found with the Proxy service in the asia-east2( azse2) region and is currently under investigation. This affects all clients connecting to the Proxy service in asia-east2. We have determined the root cause of the issue and are in the process of mitigating the issue. As of 01:31:00 UTC the service is showing evidence of recovery.
