    Dear Iristel Customers, We are currently experiencing a PSTN connectivity issue affecting the Val-d'Or, QC region. During this time, inbound and outbound calls involving PSTN-dependent carriers may fail. All other regions across Canada are operating normally.     Dear Iristel Customers, After a thorough investigation, our Platform Team has determined that the only way to resolve this outage is to perform an on-site device replacement. A replacement device has been sourced and fully configured for the affected location. One of our technicians will begin traveling to the region shortly to complete the replacement activity. Some calls in the following regions will have intermittent reachability failures. All other regions and systems are active and have normal operations.     Dear Iristel Customers, Our Platform Team has identified that the temperature in the equipment room where our device is located is currently very high. It appears that the air conditioning unit may be turned off or not functioning properly. The site admin is currently working to restore proper cooling in the room. We suspect the cause is a device failure, and unfortunately, PSTN inbound and outbound calls are impacted. All other sites remain operational except for this region. We identified the root cause and worked with our platform team and the issue has been resolved.
