We are currently observing an ongoing issue with Shopify affecting webhook processing. As a result, some merchants may experience delays in webhook deliveries. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available while Shopify works toward a resolution. ShipStation is currently experiencing higher than normal latency. This is causing some rating requests to timeout and resort to fallback rates. We will update this incident once we have more information.

Shopify has released the following recommendations to users: "To temporarily resolve this issue, reconfiguring any missing shipping zones, states, or provinces in the admin should restore shipping functionality at checkout. Check each shipping zone that you have configured, and ensure that there are states or provinces selected." All changs should be made within the Shopify admin. No changes are necessary within Intuitive Shipping.
